Refund Policy - The Basics 

1. Digital Products or Services

  • Due to the nature of digital services/products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.

  • If there is an issue with the product or delivery, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

2. Physical Products

  • Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

3. Custom Work or Booked Services

  • Deposits for custom work or appointments are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for partial credit or rescheduling.
