Refund Policy - The Basics
1. Digital Products or Services

Due to the nature of digital services/products, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.

If there is an issue with the product or delivery, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
2. Physical Products

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
3. Custom Work or Booked Services

Deposits for custom work or appointments are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for partial credit or rescheduling.
