For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with my weight. It started in my teenage years and continued into adulthood. Like many people, I tried countless diets—losing weight temporarily, only to gain it all back. This yo-yo cycle left me feeling discouraged and frustrated. As I entered menopause, things became even more challenging. My metabolism slowed, energy levels dipped, and the weight just wouldn’t budge. I realized I needed a sustainable solution, not another quick fix.

That's when everything changed! I began learning from experts like Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Eric Berg. They introduced me to the concepts of healthy keto and intermittent fasting. As I studied their work and even had the chance to work alongside Dr. Fung at his clinic, I had a breakthrough: if I wanted to lose weight, I needed to focus on getting healthy first.
